Our Project Delivery Service (PDS) teams work hand-in-hand with our clients to ensure seamless integration in the business environment while converting to new technologies. We align the goals of the project with that of the organization for ease of implementation and adoption by the end users. Project Management - We manage projects utilizing our GlobalOne process and work with you throughout the project lifecycle, including knowledge transfer and post-project support.
Migrations - We assist organizations in migrating to newer platforms and new versions of software with limited disruption to the business environment.
Hardware Refresh - We provide highly trained and certified engineers to work with our clients to upgrade older desktops, laptops, network devices, and printers (local and LAN).
Implementations - We facilitate the implementation of new software to increase your organization's productivity, while providing training and support to expedite the adoption of the new technology.
Asset Management - We support our clients by providing asset management solutions to include asset tagging & tracking, asset recycling and inventory warehousing.
Hardware Recycling - We help you properly dispose of unneeded, outdated assets by providing logistical support and recycling services. Depending on equipment, we can also remarket assets and return a portion of the proceeds to offset the cost of recycling obsolete assets.
Additionally, we can leverage our in-house staff augmentation competency to meet the challenge of unpredicted project staffing needs with qualified resources. Global Networkers utilizes our GlobalOne process to manage the additional resources, while maintaining productivity and team continuity. Our unique approach to project delivery mitigates risk and exposure to the client.
